SB19 passes Senate!!

We're one step closer to a dog park in Manchester!

SB19, the bill to limit liability in municipal dog parks passed the Senate on Wednesday despite having come out of committee as ITL (inexpedient to legislate). Thank you to Senator Devries and all of the Senators who voted to in favor of this bill.

On 4/9/09, all Senate approved bills go over to the House side (and the approved House bills go over to the Senate) in what is called crossover. SB19 will be assigned to be heard by a house committee and a new hearing date will be set.

We post the hearing date and any other news as we recieve it.
